Frank Cook is an American writer who has produced nonfiction trade books and several short mystery stories, including “The Gift,” published in the Mystery Writers of America anthology The Rich and the Dead. He is the winner of the 2018 national Writers’ Police Academy award. He lives in the Kansas City area.
